Please use these if you are using one or the other application. Otherwise, please adhere to the following formatting guidelines for abstracts and take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/icmrm.physik.uni-wuerzburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Abstract_Template_18thICMRM.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"646\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">formatting and content example<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Layout:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the abstract must fit on a <strong>single page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>page size is <strong>A4<\/strong> (29.7 cm  x 21.0 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>margins: 2.0 cm (left\/right), 2.5 cm (top\/bottom)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maximum 3 figures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Font:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>font: <strong>Calibri <\/strong>or <strong>Carlito<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/fonts.google.com\/specimen\/Carlito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">downloadable from Google Fonts<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>title: 14 pt, bold, centered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authors and affiliations: 12 pt, italic &#8211; presenting author underlined, centered, newline between authors and affiliations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>main body: 12 pt, section headings: bold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>figure captions and references: 10 pt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>line spacing: single in paragraph, double between sections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PDF<\/strong> format only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>max. filesize: <strong>10 MB<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The additional 2-page abstracts for the Paul Callaghan Young Investigator Competition follows the above guidelines except for the length of the abstract, which in this case is limited to 2 pages and the number of figures is limited to 5.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are templates for Microsoft Word and LibreOffice available.
