All fees are in Euro including VAT. Registration fees include full admission to all sessions, conference documentation, lunches, opening reception, and the conference banquet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular fees will be available until June 30th<\/sup> 12pm (CEST). No registrations will be possible after July 31st<\/sup> 12pm (CEST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional banquet tickets<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Additional banquet tickets can be purchased until July 31st<\/sup> 12pm (CEST) at a price of 150.00 EUR per ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation fees<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Until June 30th<\/sup> 12pm (CEST): 30.00 EUR
July 1st<\/sup> through July 31st<\/sup> 12pm (CEST): 20% of registration fee
No cancellations will be possbile after July 31st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For additional banquet tickets the cancellation fee is always 30.00 EUR with no cancellations possible after July 31st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For registering for the conference, please follow the link below to the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONFERENCE PORTAL<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not already done so during abstract submission, on the portal you will first have to register (this is not<\/strong> the registration to the conference!). After verifying your account via the email address you provided during registration you can log into the portal and register for the conference or purchase additional banquet tickets. Submitting an abstract is no<\/strong> prerequisite for registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
